Single 45 Minute Session

The above plan requires a minimum of 1 training session each week.

Program Includes: Individual program design, Speed and Agility training, Balance training, Flexibility training, and Core training conducted in a controlled small semi-private personal training setting.

45 Minute Sessions

12 Sessions @ $25        $300 Total
24 Sessions @ $20        $480 Total

The above plan requires a minimum of 2 training sessions each week.

Program Includes: Individual program design, Speed and Agility training, Balance training, Flexibility training, and Core training Quarterly physical assessment included in package option. Package also allows a parent one on one personal training session at our personal training facility located next door.

Team 60 Minute Sessions

Team of 5-7 @ $15        $75-$150 Total
Team of 10-15 @ $10        $100-$150 Total

The above plan allows the team private/ uninterrupted training with the strength and conditioning coach.

Program Includes: Team program design, Speed and Agility training, Balance training, Flexibility training, Strength training, and Core training conducted in a controlled private personal training setting.
