Youth Programs (Ages 8-11)
This is an important time in a young athlete’s life. It’s a time to develop an interest in sports participation and build confidence. The purpose of our Youth Program is to create a foundation for overall athleticism in a positive, nurturing environment with a focus on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength.
Level One Developmental Programs (Ages 12-14)
This is the time to develop athletic fundamentals and encourage specific skills training. The focus is on proper movement techniques along with speed, agility and power. Repetition leads to permanent and positive athletic improvement. We also aim for improved joint integrity to reduce the chance of injury.
Level Two Developmental Programs (Ages 15+)
In our phase 2 developmental program, we work with clients to fine-tune their techniques and realize specific performance goals. The goal is to enhance the athlete’s strengths and minimize weaknesses so as to achieve mastery.
Youth Obstacle Course Training (Birthday Party Reservations Available)
Pfit is now offering training for children of all fitness level. Ages 7-12 are eligible to join us for some exciting obstacle courses and skills test training. Whether your kids need to lose a little bit of weight, get ready for a sport or just need to burn some energy and have some fun, our obstacle courses consist of jumping, climbing, crawling, hopping, pushing, pulling, running and lots of smiling. We concentrate on the necessary skills children require to live a healthy and active life, such as core strength, balance, speed, agility and coordination. Let your kids try something new. We can take up to 12 children at a time for an even more competitive and exciting experience.
