Perfectly Fit has a number of other options available for clients not wanting to make a commitment to multiple workout sessions at our facility.

Workout Printouts – designed for individuals who choose to exercise at home without the guidance of a personal trainer. We first perform a fitness assessment along with hands-on instruction about technique, form, and intensity. Then we provide weekly workout printouts that guide the client’s exercise routine.

Run Fit Sessions – organized for small groups who would like to participate in short-term, fun, outdoor activities to lose weight and get in shape. There’s lots of variety here:

         Resistance training
         Stretching (dynamic warm-up)
         Running / walking
         Stair climbing
         Calisthenics
         Obstacle courses
         Wind sprints
         Plyometrics (speed / strength training drills)
         Glut exercises and thigh-strengthening moves (ladies)
         Abs and all-around core training
         Group drills
         Jumping Rope
