Customized Programs
Perfectly Fit has a number of other options available
for clients not wanting to make a commitment to multiple
workout sessions at our facility.
Workout Printouts – designed for
individuals who choose to exercise at home without the
guidance of a personal trainer. We first perform a
fitness assessment along with hands-on instruction about
technique, form, and intensity. Then we provide weekly
workout printouts that guide the client’s exercise
routine.
Run Fit Sessions – organized for small
groups who would like to participate in short-term, fun,
outdoor activities to lose weight and get in shape.
