We now offer small group personal training. Sign up for 6 weeks. Meets twice a week. $30.00 per person!
You get 12 personal training sessions for $360.00. Along
with that you also get a baseline fitness assessment
including Resting Heart Rate (RHR), Resting Blood
Pressure (RBP), Body Mass Index (BMI), and Girth
measurements.
The sessions are 45 minutes in duration, with emphasis
on traditional strength training and core training. This
includes barbell and dumbbell work, exercise band,
medicine ball, stability ball, and bodyweight training,
along with plyometrics, balance and agility exercises to
keep it interesting for you.
